Welcome to the Photowerks
My photography journey began in 2018 on a camping trip up to the Manistee National Forest in Western Michigan. I instantly fell in love with the ability to capture moments and memories.
I regretfully never gave my camera the consistent attention I wished to. My development as a photographer has been slower than ideal. That hasn’t stopped me from going out when I can, nor has it prevented me from being able to grab some shots I’m very proud of.
Photography has been a fun opportunity to explore the learning process again, diving into the intricacies of a technical skill set while simultaneously expanding an opportunity to express myself creatively.
While there is still a lot of growth left in my photography journey, I’m excited to share some of my favorite images with you. Below you can find some of the adventures I’ve documented, and photography projects I’ve engaged with.
